Construction of a brand new 300 sf Single Point of Entry building at the existing front entrance to the school campus. The building contains a reception and waiting area. In the capacity as the Project Manager for the Construction Manager at Risk (All-Site Construction) Stuart Architecture managed the entire GMP process and was responsible for managing the project from pre-construction through project closeout.
