Community engagement is very important to us. We understand the importance of giving back to the communities that support us in our endeavors. And as a black owned firm, we are aware of the low numbers of registered black and minority architects. So we are actively involved in organizations (AIA, NOMA) and programs (BAM, AIM) that provide exposure and knowledge of the profession to minority grade school students. And we also volunteer with organizations like Habitat for Humanity to provide much needed affordable housing in underserved communities.
